Our hosts, Darrin and Cheri Jones utilize their wide circle of friends and acquaintances to offer such opportunities as visits to local farmers and cheesemakers, lessons in regional cooking (including how to make the biggest tortillas in Mexico!), trip suggestions to colonial churches and rock art sites. And if you’re in a less energetic mood, there are delicious hot springs within reach. Beautiful scenery, fine food, friendly people – the Rio Sonora Valley has ’em all.
